We want you to love your AquapodX products. This policy explains our returns and refund process.
Standard Products
Stock items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Custom pods, FRP pools and personalized builds are non-returnable and non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced, as they are built specifically to your specification.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, standard return terms apply.
