Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
All returns must be processed through our support team.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used filters or consumable parts
- Gift cards or digital/downloadable products
- Personal care or hygiene-related items that have been unsealed
- Items returned after 30 days
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item is not in original condition or is damaged not due to our error
- The item is missing parts
- The return is initiated after the 30-day period (case-by-case approval)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or card account again
- Contact your card provider — processing time may vary

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

We will provide the return address at that time.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You may receive store credit equal to the return value
If the gift giver shipped the item to themselves first:
- The refund will be issued to the gift giver
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted
- For high-value items, we recommend using trackable shipping or insured shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages
