Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

For international shipments, please be aware that recipients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.
We do not collect these charges at checkout and cannot predict the amount. Please check your local customs office for more information.
Delays due to customs clearance are outside our control and may add several days to delivery time.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of purchase.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a rerouting fee or reshipment cost may apply.
If a delivery is attempted and fails (e.g., customer unavailable, refusal to accept), shipping charges may apply again for redelivery.

We will work with the carrier to locate the parcel or file a claim. In some cases, we may require photos or other documentation.
Please note: You must contact us within 7 business days of the delivery estimate for missing/damaged items to qualify for a claim.
In some cases, your order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments due to availability of items, size/weight constraints, or carrier limitations.
If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel and you will only be charged one shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
